November New Hire Orientation
The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of November in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!
Terri joined the FWM family as Property Manager for Kirksville Gardens in October. In her role, she collects rent, processes invoices, focuses on resident retention, creates social programming and manages the property staff. Previously, Terri worked as a book keeper and office manager for a lumber yard. In her free time, she enjoys camping and riding ATVs.
Community Manager – The Village of Bedford Walk
Jamie accepted the position of Community Manager with The Village of Bedford Walk in October. In her role, she oversees daily operations, focuses on resident retention, gives tours and acts as a resource for her residents. Jamie joined us with over 10 years of property management experience. When she is not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with friends and her German Shepherd, Bella.
Victoria joined the AEP Leasing Team in September, and as most Leasing Specialists do, got right to work marketing her property to the local community, as well as, finding qualified potential residents. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing & Management, and before joining AEP, she worked as an Assistant Property/Marketing Manager for a Housing Authority.
Marion took up the role of Cost Coordinator for FWC in October. In her position, Marion prepares purchase orders and change orders, monitors budgets and coordinates the estimated schedule of values for various projects. Marion comes to us with 14 years of experience in the construction industry. In the past, she has worked with estimating, bidding, sales support and sub-contract management.
Assistant Property Manager – Neosho Properties
Jodie accepted the position of Assistant Property Manager with FWM in September, and now works with our properties in Neosho, Missouri. Among many other responsibilities, she assists the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, which include, processing invoices, managing maintenance work orders and interacting with residents. Jodie enjoys spending time with and spoiling her grandchildren.
Mark joined the AEP Leasing team in September. He primarily works as a liaison in the community to market the property he is supporting, find qualified potential residents and process applications targeting 100% occupancy. Mark is a graduate of University of West Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mark has previous leasing experience in both Tax Credit and student housing.
